Return Policy:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! However, you may exchange an item if there is a defect with the product or if you got the wrong size. Purchased items are determined UNexchangable if worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. If you need to exchange a part or all of your purchase from Eterna Clothing, you may exchange the item(s) within 15 days of the purchase. Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to exchange to the Eterna Clothing address below. Include a note describing the problem, your contact info, and the method of exchange. For your contact info, include your name, address, phone # and e-mail. This information will allow us to contact you, if necessary regarding the exchange.
Please include $5.00 for the exhange shipping cost.
